The Bible records three occasions when Jesus wept. He shed quiet tears of sympathy with the family of Lazarus who died; He cried tears of agony and dread while deep in the garden before His passion on the cross, and He sobbed with tears of grief and sorrow over fallen Jerusalem as He made His “triumphal entry” into the doomed city. In this broadcast of Let the Bible Speak, we see the reasons that Jesus wept over the waiting judgment of Jerusalem and how today, as well, is a time for tears. Is your heart broken over the lost?
