Not only did Jesus claim to be God in human flesh, His apostles and the early church preached that He was indeed the Son of God. This face was a central tenet of the message they preached throughout the world. A recent survey taken among self-described evangelical Christians revealed that nearly one-third of them do not believe this core truth of the gospel.
