Will God Hear?

In times of distress, people cry to God for help. Is God always listening? In the former dispensation, God dealt with humanity on a national level. God's people, ancient Israel, sometimes found themselves in peril because of their sin. When they realized their helplessness without Jehovah, they would sorrow and plead with Him for deliverance., God's help was conditional. He was not then, nor is He now, a heavenly vending machine of victory and blessing. In this broadcast of Let the Bible Speak, we learn some important lessons as individuals from an ancient nation's dealings with God.
